01 April 2016 Dear sir a firm registered in haryana ( Interior Designer they Modify office as per client requrement ) under wct and services tax now he want to billing of including laber charges 1300000/- WCT 5.25 % Extra please tall me how to make invoice with services tax and wct how much % charges services tax and which amount and wct in which amount my mob no is 9999892839 it is urgent please help if possible make a excel template for billing and send it acctnaveen@gmail.com

01 April 2016 WCT - Works contract is transaction where there is contract for Sale of Material & Labour

which in your case is not

since you are only billing Labour Charges therefore in your case

Directly you have to invoice

Service Charges Rs.13,00,000/-

Add: Service Tax
@14.5% Rs. 1,88,500/-

Total Bill Rs.14,88,500/-

01 April 2016 It is evident that it's modification and also it is not possible to design without the use of material.

This will be subject to WCT transaction and abatement of 70% is eligible provided cenvat on input and input services is not claimed.

If the material part is identifiable and labour component is distinguished then it will attract both VAT and service tax.
