How to generate xml for rectification request of return?

Hello,
I had original filed my it return by generating xml through excel utility but due to some problem i need to rectify it now to rectify return i have to again generate xml but i get the problem of where to put return filing details i.e. acknowledgement, cpc order no in orginally excel sheet.
Please provide me how to generate xml for rectifying return and where to write return details....
