How to generate online tcs certificates?

23 July 2011 In quarter1, we had successfully generated tds certificates from NSDL site. But, we could not able to generate Form 27D i.e certificates required to be issued for tcs. Any idea about how to generate tcs certificates?

23 July 2011 CIRCULAR NO. 03 /2011 DT:13.5.2011 deals with only Form 16A. and facility also provided in NSDL website only for form 16a, So generating form 27D we need to follow the existing procedure only till the NSDL come out with 27D generation facility
