1. Register on incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
2. Download ITR 4/ITR 4S.
3. Fill the form and generate xml file.
4. Upload the xml file on the website.
5. Sign it digitally or take a print out of ITRV, sign the same and send to CPC Bangalore.
