there is no special procedure. Just file your tax return...whatever excess tax credit is available, will be refunded to you

But,
You ll define your Income Source then file ITR based on the Income.

File Applicable tax return by claiming tax refund, Once ITR processed Refund will be credited to bank account which is mentioned in your return.
