how to apply for gst and what i need and what is charges? can anyone explain fully.. with all the details that need to registration?

No charges for registration under GST. You are already a dealer registered under VAT/service tax migrate to GST with provisional id and pass word provided by VAT/ service tax dept.

what if sir a new user want to register in GST who are not currently register in VAT / Service tax / Excise or any tax law.
