22 June 2010 every body ask us to prepare notes!!!!!

i am interested in it but some problem arise in between..i take lot of time for preparing notes....how can i reduce time?
how can i prepare notes for entire syllabus?
how much time should i take for preparing notes?
is any example(format)for note preparation?

im an IPCC student & my attempt is on Novmb.2010
only 4 months & both group.
any time table,sir?
im very much confusion about note preparation?
Pls pls pls help me sir...........
