How i can claim refund of tds on fdr

Hi i have some fdr & im getting interest above 10 thousand, i forgot to provide pan no. Bank deduct tds @20 % , how i can claim refund.

for refund you have to file return mentioning your income you have any tax liability then you will get amt after deducting this liability

thanks for reply.. pan no not provided so no credit shown in 26as statement. bank issued tds certificate without my pan no. so what i do.. and i have no taxable income

for this you need to ensure that other details in your form 16A is matching with yours so that if asked you can prove that it is TDS from your income.

but can i file return manually or efile the return becoz i have to attach the tds certificate with my return, in online return its nt possible

NO documents are required to be submitted twith return whether filed manually or electronically...
so don't worry about it...u just have to produce it if asked
