Hi All,
My client is running a business of manufacturing ice ccreams, He has TO of 45L, can he get a OD facility of 10L ?
What a bank will see to sanction the OD ?
Its TO or Current ratio? or Working capital ?
Pls suggest

FS are the base for availing the facility. You gotta have some sort of security then the bank shall consider your application. Bank may ask for projections or PR in its basic form.
Availing a OD is no big deal.
Security could be your stock, shares or even your business debtors.
