14 April 2014 sir, i had taken house loan on 1.2.13
but my house was left for 4 months
so i took housing loan benefits for my house was in vacant

14 April 2014 depends on the reason of vacancy. if the vacancy was on grounds of his employment, business or profession carried on at any other place, the interest on housing loan shall be limited to Rs 1.5 lakhs.

otherwise, the interest deduction can be the whole of the accrued amount.
