Sir hum house property me jb hum pre construction ki amt k bad 5 saal ki installment nikalte h toh. Hum 5 hi kyo lete h. Kuch or kyo nahi?

Pre-construction period interest is deductible in 5 equal installments because the same has been prescribed by the law as per Explanation to the Second proviso of Section 24.
