Can anybody send me documentation required for Issue of H Form?

Mr Amit,
It means you are an exporter and have purchased from other dealers the exported goods without taxes.So, you have to prove to your suppliers that the goods were exported. For this purpose documents such as copies of bill of lading,invoice,packing notes,purchase order from your foreign customer are required(relevant).
