17 March 2014 can service tax paid by factory on gta service under reverse charge claim it refund or adjust with excise duty payable or has no treatment(no refund or adjust) pls give ur valuable advice....

18 March 2014 1. Service tax paid under reverse charge can be claimed as CENVAT Credit.

2. Such CCr can be utilized for discharging excise duty/ service tax liability.

3. If the same cannot be utilized you can claim refund of the same.
