we are receiving bills from our transporter (GTA by road), some of the transporters are levying Service Tax on 25% of Bill amount being they are corporate but whether we are liable to pay service tax on those bills too?.

Yes you are liable to pay service tax when the service tax is charged by the transporter in his invoice.
