TAX ON OUTWARD SUPPLY(LIABILITY):- IGST 27852 CGST 2744 SGST 2744
ITC AVAILABLE :- IGST 6328 CGST 6362 SGST 6362
CASH BALANCE(CASH DEPOSITED):- IGST 14300
STILL SHOWS LIABILITY OF RS 19052 AND NOT OFFSET LIABILITY
PLEASE REPLY URGENTLY.

First of all please check the balance in Electronic Cash Ledger and Credit Ledger. You can offset liability only after the Ledgers are updated and payment made by you is reflected in Cash Ledger and ITC Claimed by you is reflected in Credit Ledger.

If you filed your return after can't editable.
If no you can adjust the amount....

I think you are not adjust your ITC amount in "adjust as ITC " So, You first adjust it then you can get 0....

Sir, cash ledger 14300 and itc available is igst 6328, cgst 6362, sgst 6362 shows on portal. But off set liability doesn't work. Liability ledger shows igst 27852, cgst 2744, sgst 2744. Moreover filling not work asking to pay.
I have submitted return, filling feature ask to deposit liability of rs 19052.

Dear VIKAS.,
Submit means you fill the details in outward supplies and inward supplies also exempt /nil rated then save and submit. Am I right....?

Then you should contact @ help desk no ans also mail your concerns at helpdesk@gst.gov.in

He don't want contact or call or mail to help desk. He just adjust his ITC then problem ll be solve.....
I think he is not in online...!

sir, ITC adjustment not working, while putting value and off set liability it is not working and show insufficent balance. another side cash ledger shows balance.

Many are facing this issue. System problem. Mail your concern to helpdesk@gst.gov.in also call at the helpdesk no.
