GST Two Wheeler Insurance Policy

04 February 2018 I had purchased 2 wheeler insurance policy from ICICI Lombard. Total Premium Paid is Rs. 1364 (Total Package premium is 1156 + 9% CGST + 9% SGST) I reside in Haryana and ICICI Lombard head office is in Maharashtra. So how they had charged CGST & SGST...? They should have charged IGST as there is inter state supply of services. Thanks in advance.

05 February 2018 Branch office registered in Haryana might have issued the policy hence charging cgst and sgst is in order.

05 February 2018 sir, Today they had issued final policy document and in that IGST is charged on Rs. 1156@18% Yesterday the soft copy which is generated immediately after paying the premium was wrong.

05 February 2018 As per my view.,
Firstly they received Policy from intra state branch and give you Proforma / Invoice for order taken and decided given from Intra State.
But., After their decisions they will give it Inter State supply then given IGST Invoice...
