21 March 2018 Is the Proprietorship providing ONLY export of services and having turnover less than Rs. 20 Lakhs required to take GST registration ?

If YES kindly give reference of Section, Notifications etc.

21 March 2018 refer section 24 and 22. for inter-state supplies, GST is required. since export is considered inter-state supply, GST registration would be required.
