13 June 2017 dear sir, I am a vat registered dealer, I was registered in the month of February 2017 and still I am not available for vat provisional id Certificate in my vat login portal , further what can I do for migration.

13 June 2017 You will have to mail the details of the assessee to cbesmitra.helpdesk @ icegate.gov.in and cc to gst-st6mum @ gov.in quoting the mail subject as "Provisional ID required to migrate to GST" and give the following details:- Name, ST no., email id, mobile no., State as per latest ST-2 from your registered email ID at ACES. Also do attach the ST-2 and the sanpshot of the error. New Provisional ID will be send at registered Email ID

14 June 2017 tate VAT assessee. I did not receive the Provisional ID and password for migrating to GST. A: You may have multiple registrations under the State VAT department. For further investigation, please contact CBEC Mitra Helpdesk at cbecmitra.helpdesk @ gst.gov.in or call at the toll-free number 1800-1200-232. When requesting help, please provide your registration details to CBEC Mitra Helpdesk. CBEC Mitra Helpdesk will notify you as soon as the issue is resolved.

17 June 2017 Madam, composition dealers should pay tax on URD purchases as well as tax rate specified on that particular commodity or only they have to pay 1% tax on total turnover?

17 June 2017 Only 1% tax on turnover is required to be paid.
