Gst practitioner login problem

18 November 2017 Dear Sir /Madam,

I have got the username & password from department but unable to login on portal. When i login 1st time than message shown "Provisional id/GSTIN/UIN entered is already mapped to a username kindly login with valid user name" Kindly provide a solution.



18 November 2017 Go on forgot username & get your username. Thereafter Go on forgot password & get password.

19 November 2017 Dear Sir, When i click on forgot username & generate the OTP than i get this message "The Provisional ID / GSTIN entered by you doesn’t exists as per our records. Please enter your valid Provisional ID / GSTIN / UIN" I have receive GST Practitioner ID & password only from department trough email.
