There is one service provider having restaurent business and also providing catering service. What GST return he required to file and what will be the gst rate?

GST rte for restaurent business is 5% without ITC in case it is located in a standalone building and at 18% with ITC if located in a hotel building with room tariff of Rs 7500/- or above.
Whether restaurent is in non composition or composition scheme rate is 5% with no ITC for standalone restaurents.

It is standalone restaurent not located in a hotel but he is running restaurent business with catering service also. So i am confused what will be gst rate? For restaurent service will he charge 5% with no ITC and for catering service 18% with ITC? Please let me know....

For restaurent business it is 5% without ITC and for catering it is 18% with ITC.
