24 August 2022 A ltd taken a commercial property on rent from a gst registered landlord B(Individual ).As per new rules applicable from 18 july will A Ltd liable to pay gst on rent to B ?

24 August 2022 Registered landlord B has to charge GST on rent of commercial property from A ltd. There is no change in it. It comes under forward charge, and not under RCM.
