20 September 2017 Dear Experts,
The office rent of July we will pay in September. Pls let me know in which month we have to pay GST on rent under RCM?

20 September 2017 Actually it's payable on July month. But, you are mistakenly account in September. So, you ll be pay Tax under RCM basis on September. But, In future don't follow this. Pay it monthly basis...

20 September 2017 For July month rent invoice can be raised in August. August month GST can be paid up to 20th September return filing date for August.
Pay it on or before 20th September.

Whether self invoicing is mandatory, raise to office owner,

Also let me know even in case of RCM whether we have to issued invoice within one month considering the date of rent due

20 September 2017 Within one month you have to raise invoice. Self invoice required in case of RCM.
