suppose X buy a namkeen goods n dealer issue a tax invoice which show cgst n sgst. now my ques. is can x sell namkeen goods on MRP and chrge CGST n SGST or only chrg MrP which all tax. are include

MRP is generally considered inclusive of Taxes. The CGST and SGST has to be charged on the cost price.
