Dear Sir,
Could you please confirm whether we can claim ITC on the motor car repairs & maintenance bill or not.
If not then how to Interest rate will be consider for wrong ITC taken on motor car repair & maintnenace bills
Please revert on the same.

you van claim itc on repair and maintenance of motor car.
int will be 18% p.a applicable from date of worng claim to date of reversal

You can't claim repair / maintenance of motor cars
reverse the same with Interest @ 18%
reverse the same with Interest @ 18%

If you are a cab operator, Car dealer, then You can avail ITC on repair and maintenance on motor car. Otherwise you cant avail ITC u/s 17(5).

Where such wrongly availed ITC has been utilized the interest payable is 24% as per Section 50(3) of the CGST Act.

Yes, I agree with @Vishakha. Interest @ 24% is applicable for excess ITC claim.
Your question regarding ITC on motor is not clear. Please note that you cannot take ITC for the below:
> Motor vehicles for transportation of persons having seating capacity of 13 or less (including the driver's seat)
ITC will be available on motor vehicles only when such vehicles are used to provide the following supplies:
> further supply of such motor vehicles
> transportation of passengers
> imparting training on driving such vehicles
