What are the formalities required under GST for both the supplier and purchaser, when goods are purchased from a Supplier

Supplier has to issue tax invoice including GSTIN of buyer with name and address in case buyer is GST registered dealer at the time of delivery of goods.
Buyer has to obtain tax invoice including his GSTIN number and make payment for invoice including GST.
