28 February 2021 One of my clients ran away. I have my own mobile number in his gst registration. Now one of his creditors called me and said that he is going to do FIR in my name because my mobile number is registered in GST. Please help me. Also suggest any provision or case law regarding this.

28 February 2021 Just because of mobile number he can't file FIR. You are not the person placed the order and received the goods and GSTIN not obtained in your name and with your PAN.

28 February 2021 It's general principle one who has done the crime will be punishable. Investigation will happen.
