GST credit received in Nov 21 also reflected in 2B in same period. but credit was not taken that time in GSTR 3B.
Can we take credit of the same now in July 22?

Yes you can take. ITC not taken for FY 21-22 is allowed to be taken till due date of filing september 22 3B.
