Gst collections on invoices

09 June 2018 Dear Experts ,

i have raised nearly 30-40 invoices per month for providing services, how ever i m receiving bills rarely for 40% on cash basis balance amount on in 2-3 months , my issue is how can i made payment of GST with out receiving from clients.
please guide me.

09 June 2018 If bill raised then GST will be payable for the month... If Payment not received then we will pay the Tax amount from our Pocket...
or
Wait and receive the payment and file your return and Payment. But, It's not suitable..

is there is consequences or chances of receiving notices, if i paid GST upon receipt of bill amount

10 June 2018 GST need to be paid on raise of the invoice or payment received which ever is earlier. so GST to be paid on raising the invoice, incase you are receiving short payments that time you can raise the suitable debit/credit notes an adjust the GST accordingly.

Ofcourse you receive notice for penalty and interest ,if you pay the GST on receipt basis
