20 July 2013 I just want to confirm that is ground rent paid is cover in MCD TAX HEAD in the income from house property
and company earn only rental income and paid ground rent and mcd tax both is this expense is other than 30% deduction

i just want to know that we can claim ground rent expense other than 30% deduction or not because we had paid both ground rend and mcd tax to authority
FOR MCD TAX WE CAN CLAIM EXPENSE OTHER THAN 30% DEDUCTION

20 July 2013 no ground rent cannot be claimed as ony int on loan and 30% deductions are only allowed.
