Sir,
I am worked in one of the Organisation.
I had Join 07 Jan 2007 to 31.08.2011.
Can I elgibile for Gratuity Act.
I had not completed five (5) Years.
our company saying not elgible for gratuity.According Section 4 of Gratuity act is possible or not.
Plz suggest me
