I, XYZ,s/o ABC, residing at _____________ Mumbai _______________, do hereby solemnly declare and confirm on 20th March, 2015 to make a gift-deed for a gift of Jewellery & Ornaments Rs. __________/- (Rupees _______________) at cost as per Bill No. _____ dated 27/10/2005 of M/s PQR Pvt Ltd (copy of bill attached herewith) out of love and affection to my son Mr. ______________ S/o __________ residing at ________________________________________.
I confirm that I am a resident Indian. I, further confirm that this gift is being made out of my possession of jewellery. I, further confirm that the consideration for this gift is the love and affection for my son ____________________________ and no other consideration.
I am an Income Tax assessee having PAN - ________________.
This gift is irrevocable and I have no claim left whatsoever on the said gifted amount and he is free to utilize it in any manner as he desires.
The gift as stated above is accepted
