11 April 2015 I, XYZ,s/o ABC, residing at _____________ Mumbai _______________, do hereby solemnly declare and confirm on 20th March, 2015 to make a gift-deed for a gift of Jewellery & Ornaments Rs. __________/- (Rupees _______________) at cost as per Bill No. _____ dated 27/10/2005 of M/s PQR Pvt Ltd (copy of bill attached herewith) out of love and affection to my son Mr. ______________ S/o __________ residing at ________________________________________.
