28 July 2013 my articleship registration date is 5th Aug 2012. Now according to gmcs notification i should complete my gmcs1 training by 4th aug 2013. But i am not getting any batches before the mentioned date but only in sept. Now what should i do? Should i ask for a transfer from my CA and only join after the completion of GMCS(as it says gmcs1 should be done within the first yr. of training) and if i ask for transfer right now then my training period will be less than a yr.? What do u suggest?

28 July 2013 It will be okay...dont need to take transfer with this reason..

ICAI may condone your delay it may not be a problem please complete GMCS-1 asap

Please ICAI not notified any consequences to face if not do with in 1 year..But it is highly recommended to follow icai rules and complete GMCS asap
