23 May 2015 IN ORDER TO RESET THE PASSWORD, WE GET A RESET LINK IN OUR EMAIL. WHEN WE CLICK ON THIS RESET LINK A NEW WINDOW OPENS SAYING

"AUTHENTICATION FAILED,PLEASE LOGIN USING CUSTOM BROWSER"

HOW DOES ONE RESET THEIR PASSWORD??

INSTEAD CAN WE MAKE AN ENTIRE NEW ACCOUNT?

PLEASE REPLY ASAP!
