according to new notification, we have to complete gmcs-1 within completion of 1st year of articles. my articles registration date is 10-07-2012, it applies to me.
now its already 1 year completed, now what are the circumstances i have to face??
will it create a problem if i do gmcs now??

The consequences is not defined by the Institute for not completing of GMCS in time, so we can not say anything.
I will suggest yo to contact the nearest Institute to resolve the same.
