Please give me detail where i have to find about the GIFT TAX ACT i.e. Gift Given to Relative by Indian Individual leaving in India to his RELATIVE is exempted as per GIFT TAX ACT.

Gift Tax Act has been abolished. However, if you want to read the Act, the same can be downloaded from incometaxindia.gov.in.
