Dear Sir / Madam,
Can an immovable property received from relatives, be re - gifted to any other relatives as defined in the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Is there any rule contradicting the same
or
any time limit for transfer of the same.

In my opinion there is no such limit or rule but it will tantamount to cross gift as such it should be avoided as far as possible.
