Respected sir,
I have an HUF. I am not a member of that HUF. I want to accept gift from that HUF. May I do so and please guide who will sign the gift deed. Any other related provision.

u can take gift upto Rs. 50000 without tax liability n u need to prepare gift deed on normal paper mentioning all detalis n signed by u n karta of huf.
