29 October 2008 What do you mean by this question.
Form 13 is an application form for no/lower rate of deduction of tax.
Form 3CB is a form of audit report.
Form 3CD is a form containing particulars to be annexed to audit report.
I don't really understand what you have in mind.

31 October 2008 sir I mean that we usually give a form 13(see rule 60) to our clients, I wanted to ask that what this is meant for.

31 October 2008 There appears to be some confusion. There is no connection between IT rule 60 and Form 13!
