We currently make the excise bills for our manufacturing firm manually which has four copies with double sided carbon inserted in between.
We are willing to switch to computer generated bills. Do we need to have double sided carbon paper in the printer or we can print one copy at a time without carbon copy. Are there any other specifications. Has the excise department issued any notification or circular in this regard.

first of all if you want to start this computer system then try to start from 1st April.
you must use four copy for print with carbon. You can't print one copy each four time.

You can do as you wish but keep the dept informed. Details sepcified have tobe in order. This is trust based system today.
