wht is mean by debonding of goods can u explain me in a simple example,

Bonding of goods means good to be retained in factory premises until excise duties are paid.
After payment of excise duties; goods can be removed which is called Debonding of goods.
After payment of excise duties; goods can be removed which is called Debonding of goods.
