04 September 2015 Dear expert
in first quarter my ST liability was 176240 which i have paid before the due date, however in secound quarter my expected service portion is to be 200000, on which ST liability will be 28000, let assume if i paid only rs 20000 out of 28000 ST and balance amount i will along with the interest in november. as per this above stated Query, can i fill ST return by 25/10/2015 or not...

04 September 2015 Yes you can file ST 3 by 25 October 2015. While validating the form ST 3, there will arise a dialog box saying that : There is a difference of ......rs. , between paid and payable amount for .....month.
Do do you still want to uplaod the return with payable ?

if any one has ST liability and not paid ST at all, does form ST 3 ST return may be upload with payable..
