dear experts as per 269 St we can not paid any expenses above 10000 in cash what is the limit for freight on purchase in cash

The restriction of Rs 10000/- in cash applies in case of section 40A(3) and not under section 269ST. Accordingly since freight is an expense the cash limit of Rs 10000/- will apply.
