Whether SSI exemption of Rs.10.00 Lacs is also available to service provider who is engaged in Franchisees Services i.e. providing UC MAS Services to Students at coaching Centre on behalf of Franchiser.

1. Small Service Provider (SSP) exemption is NOT available if services are provided under the brand name of another person.
2. Franchise amounts to services provided under BRAND NAME.
3. Accordingly SSP exemption will NOT be available.
