(1) 'C' form for buying goods from dealers of other state at concessional rate of tax (2) 'F' form to be issued for receiving goods on stock tarnsfer(3) E1 & E2 forms are to be used for doing sale in transit in interstate transactions.(4) 'H' form is to be issued for buying the exported goods without any tax.
