Dear All,
Can anyone let me know about the process of starting a Proprietorship & Partnership Firm
Is it necessary to Register the Firm under proprietorship for Trade and Reselling business. If is it not necessary then how we get the TIN & CST No.

It is not necessary to register for trade and reselling business, You can get TIN & VAT no. without this .
