I want advice please guide me i want start private limited company but i dont know how to decide authorised capital i want to take loan of 6 crore.please guide me

for bank loan, share capital is not relevant...you can also bring in quasi equity in terms of unsecured loan from directors/shareholders/promoters. Banks also consider such loans as part of networth.
so even Rs 1 lakh share capital is sufficient.
