Please suggest me in details the steps required in formation of a new private limited company.

I know the forms required to be submitted, please suggest me as to what attachments are required in each respective form and how the forms are to be uploaded in chronological order.

06 October 2012 i) Form 1 - mandatory attachments are MOA, AOA and declaration of subscribers. Power of Attorney in favour of practicing CS/CWA/CA is an optional attachment.
ii) Form 18 - no mandatory attachments.
iii) Form 32 - no mandatory attachments.

Form 1 may be uploaded first followed by form 32 and form 18.

I want to know while E-filing, the window at ROC portal takes only 1 file, how shall we file these forms?

06 October 2012 After uploading form 1, MCA 21 window will prompt you to upload form 32 followed by form 18.
