Dear All,
Please inform us what care does CA has to take in providing form no. 15 CB (for payment to non resident towards export commission which is not chargeable to tax in India). Does tax residency certificate needs to be taken compulsory from non resident?

TRC (tax residency certificate) is required only when you claim benefit under any tax treaty..
