14 April 2016 IS MGT-6 (declaration of beneficial interest) required to be filed by a person holding shares of a NBFC-MFI, private limited company, on behalf of a trust whose name is entered in the register of members but does not have any beneficial interest in such shares. The trust is holding beneficial interest in such shares.Also the person holding shares on behalf of the trust is the chairman of the trust,

14 April 2016 Form MGT 6 – This form is filed in respect of declaration received by Company pursuant following sub section:-
Section 89(1) – In case if a person name has been entered in register of member but who does not holds beneficial interest in such shares , such person who holds beneficial interest shall be mentioned
Section 89(2) – Person Holding or acquiring beneficial interest in share of the Company.
Section 89(3) – Changes occurred in beneficial interest

I am aware of the provisions of the section but I am not sure whether it is applicable in the above case or not. kindly help..
