Please guide me on the following, IF POSSIBLE:

Query

Whether Form INC-21 has to be filed only after 30 days of incorporation or it can be filed immediately after 'incorporation and deposit of paid up capital amount' in bank account.

Can we re-use the Specimen signature in Form No. INC-10, which was obtained prior to incorporation or we need to execute afresh after incorporation - which is appropriate method?

What are the attachments to be made in Form INC-21?

21 February 2015 1.INC 21 need to be filed within 180 days of incorporation
2. yes you can Re-use INC 10
3. Attachment

a. A declaration by Directors in prescribed form providing that the subscribers have paid the value of shares agreed to be taken by them and the paid up share capital is not less than the minimum capital required to incorporate the company.
b. Declaration shall be verified by CS or a CA or a Cost Accountant in Practice
c. Attach proof of payment of stamp duty in case the same is already paid
d. Verification of registered office (not required if you have selected "YES" in column 3(c)of INC-7 & INC-22 filed at the time of incorporation)

21 February 2015 1. Form INC 21 can be e-filed after depositing the subscription money in bank but not later than 180 days of incorporation.

2. No, because e-form INC 10, to be attached to e-form INC 21, should be attested by the BANK MANAGER.

3. Attach a non-judicial stamp paper for the value fixed for 'DECLARATION' as per the stamp act of the state in which the company is registered. The following sentence should be written in the stamp paper and should be signed by the Mg. Director under his/her seal.

" This forms part of the e-form INC 21 of ARTHI CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED".
